Our Frequent Flyer Program (FFP) earns you a FREE TRIP after 12 completed trips. A round-trip booking counts as 2 trips! More transport, more savings!
The value of the FREE TRIP is determined by taking the average value of the previous twelve (12) invoices. This is based on the estimates generated by our Instant Quote tool and may not apply to some commercial clients with negotiated rates.
Once the twelve trips have been completed, the FREE TRIP is delivered as an account credit that can be applied towards future trips. This means that if your 13th trip is more than the FREE TRIP credit, you just pay the difference. If your 13th trip is less than the FREE TRIP credit, then you can roll over any remaining credit to future trips, until your FREE TRIP credit is consumed.
Generally, the account credits will be applied to your account within 10 days. If you are not seeing it within 10 days, then please contact us. Account credits will be visible on your account page in the Client Portal. If you need help accessing the Client Portal, then please contact us.
When you are ready to use your account credit, it will automatically be applied when you book your 13th trip. If your 13th trip is not completely covered by your account credit, then you just pay the difference. If your 13th trip is less than your account credit, then you can roll over any remaining credit to future trips, until your account credit is consumed.
You have 365 days from the completion of your 12th trip to book your 13th trip. The account credit is consumed at the time of booking and bookings can be made no more than 120 days out. Please note that bookings can be rescheduled, but this doesn’t reset the utilization window. This allows you to stretch your 13th booking out to approximately 16 months from the completion of your 12th trip, but this is stretching the timing to the limit and leaves no margin for rescheduling.
